SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All items are made to order and are usually delivered in two weeks or less. If there will be a delay,
we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. If you have a special date in mind please
email us and let us know. Shipping costs are noted during check-out. All items are shipped via the
USPS certified mail. If you require expedited shipping please notify us. There will be an additional
charge for expedited shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you would like your order to be shipped internationally please contact us first. Additional fees will
apply.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please follow
these return instructions. Any purchases made online must be returned directly to Ali's Collection
and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns postmarked within 10
days of receiving shipment for credit only, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 10
days. To return merchandise please send all items to Ali's Collection, 1740 Ridge Ave Ste LL6,
Evanston, IL 60201.
For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable
carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All
costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
